After Azkals duty in Asian Cup, Daisuke Sato is back in club action for Sepsi OSK

After completing his international duty with the Philippine Azkals in the AFC Asian Cup 2019, Filipino footballer Daisuke Sato is now back with his Romanian Liga I club Sepsi OSK Sfântu Gheorghe, where he featured as a starter in a friendly match in Antalya, Turkey.

The Romanian football season is currently on a winter break. In preparation for the league’s resumption, Sepsi OSK are currently in the middle of a training camp in Turkey where Filipino Daisuke Sato just started and completed a match against Hungarian side Szombathelyi Haladás last January 22 [early morning of January 23 in the Philippines] that ended in a 2-1 win for the Romanian side with goals scored on either half.

Sepsi OSK currently are at fourth in the 14-team Liga I and will resume their domestic campaign on February 3, 2019 in an away fixture against current cellar-dwellers Voluntari which kicks off at 11:00PM [Philippine Standard Time].
